Everything you need to know about Dispatch
Dispatch gives you an on-demand fleet of trained riders without building one. You send us orders, and we assign, route and manage each delivery through our network. You pay per delivery and add capacity only when your volumes need it.
Quick commerce, food delivery, pharmacy and e-commerce brands. If it fits on a two-wheeler, we can deliver it. We have completed more than 25,000 deliveries for more than 1,000 brands and merchants. We operate in Pune today; talk to us about volumes and timelines if you need another city.
Three ways. Connect your order system to our API. If you already ship through ONDC, choose Dispatch as your logistics partner and we switch you on. With no tech integration at all, book and manage orders from the Dispatch app or web dashboard.
You pay a fee per delivery, based on distance slabs agreed for your brand and city, and we invoice weekly or monthly. We set SLAs with each brand per city to match your order type, track every order against them, and step in on any delivery at risk of running late.
Every order comes with live tracking and status updates from rider assigned to delivered. Updates flow into your system through the API or ONDC, and you can share a tracking link with your customer. Riders confirm pickup and delivery with OTPs and photo proof, so you get electronic proof of delivery in your order updates.
Trained, identity-verified Dispatch riders on our shared network. Capacity moves to where demand is, and we plan supply around the peak hours you share at onboarding. If a customer can’t be reached, we return the order to your store; our operations team handles exceptions like wrong addresses so they don’t land on your team.
